  Instructions: If you would like an appointment, please call (213) 749-5386. Appointments can be scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. You can either test inside the clinic or test in your car. For drive through testing, arrive at your appointment time and call the receptionist at (213) 749-5386 to check in from your car. We will administer the test at your vehicle. The total cost is $200, which includes collection and lab analysis, there are no additional lab fees. Only cash and credit cards are accepted, we will not bill your insurance, but receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement if requested.
